Roy was excellent before he came to my home, he went over several locks I may be interested in. He listen to what my needs & budget. He was prompt. Made sure everything was set before he left. I recommend his services!!!
Roy is one of a kind. He is honest, and upfront, two things you do not find with anyone lately in the service industry. I understand business is business, but he is smart and thinks past the job he's doing that day. He's honest and builds …
Roy is one of a kind! No other way to explain it. I called him on Friday to inquire about getting the locks on my new property changed. In the end, I decided to try and do it myself though. But ended up calling him, when I hit a road bump in my installation. He was kind enough to FaceTime me and walk me through it over the phone! Don’t know anyone who would have done that. He truly is a great person! Trust me, you will not be disappointed! Thank you for saving me, Roy! God Bless you.
Roy, is a perfect example of what professional services is about, I will recommend him to all my friends and clients cheers.
I was very happy with the service. Roy was very professional and informative.
I was very satisfied with Broward Locksmith. Called him with my request on a Sunday. He came out within an hour, ordered the part needed and installed 2 days from initial call. Very good guidance along the way.
Perfect. If you need service with your locks, this is your go-to place. Roi was more than fair in his pricing, outstanding in his knowledge, and totally honest. Perfect.

The call was placed this afternoon and was absolutely happy that he could do the job on such short notice. ROI was prompt, professional and most definitely knew his profession!! Great job, very neat and clean job done Definitely who I will call for future locks if needed... Great quality and value.... Will be recommending him to family and friends!!
Came out quick, resolved the issue, very fair on price and really was a great experience. Highly recommend thank you
I cannot thank Roi enough. My back exterior door had a multi locking system that broke. Getting the door open was impossible. I called Broward Locksmith to see if they could help. Let’s start with “On Time” first - Right from the first call he was honest, up front and explained everything. Explained that these doors while they are good could be bad when they break. They aren’t easy to get into. He knew immediately on the phone where the door was broken. In addition to being extremely flexible when the day came for him to show up he was right on time. Professional/Qualify and Value - he was so professional and pleasant. He wasn’t trying to over charge me or anything. He was really focused on fixing the issue and seemed to really care about making sure the door worked some how and that I was safe. He offered and provided me a temporary solution until I can afford to bring him back to replace the entire unit. He’s extremely pleasant, well mannered. He’s honest and caring. As I said above I can’t thank him enough for being so nice and helping get this issue to a point that I can use the door for now at a more than reasonable rate. Thanks again Roi!
Very professional, and trustworthy..always on time and gets the job done.. Great personality I have know Roy for many years he was my locksmith of choice from many years as an REO Agent at FNMA .. and he still is...

I have had to use a number of locksmiths in Palm Beach and Broward Counties. I can say that without a doubt, Broward Locksmith is the most trustworthy and dependable locksmith with whom I have ever dealt. They have done a number of jobs for me. Each time, I find that they not only do a good job, but that the prices are the most reasonable of any locksmith in South Florida. They are on time, professional and get the job done. They are my go-to locksmiths from now on.
I have used Broward Locksmith many times. Roi has always been the one that helped me. Roi goes over and above the call of duty. He is knowledgable, kind and just a nice guy. You won’t be disappointed when you use this company.

Roi is amazing!! He is very kind, honest, and affordable. The places I called before him to price compare all have additional add ons depending how difficult it is to unlock the door. His rate was the best with no “add ons”. I called and he was here in less than 15 minutes. I had excellent service, he unlocked the door in less than 5 seconds, changed the bottom lock to match the others, & even made me a few extra keys to make life easier. He also accepts credit cards. I highly recommend him and will be calling him in the future if I ever need his services again. Thanks Roi!!!

Great locksmith and I have been working with him for years and he must have done hundreds of lock changes for my real estate clients over the past 5 years. A great guy as well!
Roi came to my house within ten minutes of my call. I couldn't find the key to my AC closet and my AC wasn't working! Oh, and i had a baby a few days ago...I was in a panic. Roi gave me a fair quote and when he came, he realized I needed to replace the lock for future use. His price remained the same. After the job was complete, new lock, three copies of the keys in hand, I said, "now I just need to fix the air conditioning". Roi spent a few minutes tinkering around..and wallah, my AC was working! Roi is honest, reliable and kind. I highly recommend him! -Zisa Levin

Lucky for me that I did a search for a close locksmith in the Hollywood area. I had to have my locks changed quickly in March of 2014. When Roi showed up it was a blessing. He understood my needs and my wants and was very caring and understanding of my situation. A couple years after that I got locked out of my house again and he arrived timely again and change my locks. We even had him at my office and Hollywood. And now I'm seeking his services again for another property that I have in North Miami Beach.
